To provide fresh baby taro and eddoes that are grown in china. My staff peel and prepare the fresh vegetables.
They are then rinsed soaked and boiled changing the water half way through to get rid of any oxalic acid.
Roast eddoes are then made using a hot oven at 200 degrees stiring every 20 minutes.
This provides a tasty snack.
